The Texas Unified Nutrition Program System (TX-UNPS) is a web-based application that provides administrators, state users, and Contracting Entities with immediate access to applications, claims, compliance reviews, and related nutrition program functions for the following:
• School Nutrition Programs
• Child and Adult Care Food Program
• Summer Meal Programs
• Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program
• Special Milk Program
• Food Distribution Programs

Beginning in program year 2026, the Texas Automated Nutrition System (TANS) will replace TX-UNPS as TDA’s web-based application for program administration.

Along with access to program applications, claims, compliance reviews, and related administrative functions, TANS will also provide administrators, program sponsors, and state users with a more robust, streamlined system built using current technology and simpler navigation.

The Web-Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) system is a USDA web-based application used to submit and manage USDA Food orders, entitlement, requisitions, and deliveries for Food Distribution of National School Lunch Program (NSLP), Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), the Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP), and the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP).
